When you submit an enquiry or programme brief through our website, we collect:

Phone number (if provided)
Property name, type, and location
Programme preferences and operational context you provide in the form

We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not use tracking pixels or third-party advertising cookies.

We use the information you provide solely to:

Review your enquiry and respond to it
Prepare and issue a reservation fee invoice if you proceed
Communicate with you about your programme

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is not used to build advertising profiles.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the consent checkbox and submit the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at cs@sosooamenities.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Enquiry data submitted through our forms is received via Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form processing service. Formspree stores submissions on servers within the European Union. We retain your enquiry data for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted unless an active client relationship requires longer retention.

As a data subject under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
